Countryside Code Reminder

As you venture through the beautiful countryside around Boldron, it's important to respect the land and wildlife. These fields are working farmland, home to livestock and a variety of wildlife. Please follow the Countryside Code:

  • Stick to public paths and rights of way to protect both wildlife and crops
  • Always close gates behind you to prevent livestock from escaping
  • Keep dogs on leads and under control, especially near animals and wildlife
  • Always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste responsibly
  • Be mindful of ground-nesting birds, such as curlews, and avoid disturbing their nests

By following these simple guidelines, you'll help preserve the beauty of our countryside and ensure it remains a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy.
